I am blessed with two healthy children. I am thankful. Not only is CeCe healthy, she is also kind, compassionate, intelligent, beautiful, caring, and giving. Friday she ran in her first run-a-thon. The event was sponsored by her school to benefit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. St. Jude's, located in Memphis Tennessee, is internationally recognized as a leader in the treatment and cure of pediatric cancer. She ran 52 laps, which translates into 13 miles. Remarkable! The event raised hundreds of dollars. Isn't that shiny, sparkly, and beautiful!?!
